Pick Up/ drop off for Art Camps
Please be on time - a late pick-up fee will be asked at the discretion of the camp director.
Drop off time is 9:20 - 9:30 a.m. Please, no early drop offs.
Pick up time is 12:30 p.m.
We cannot be responsible for your child before 9:20 or after 12:30pm,
Call or text 815-919-6681 if you are running late.
All class or camp tuition must be paid at the time of registration or on the 1st day of camp.
No adjustments will be made for student absences.
Anything-Art, llc (Painting Faces and Spaces) reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Anything-Art, llc (Painting Faces and Spaces) assumes no responsibility for personal injury or loss of personal property for anyone attending or participating in an event or activity.
Refund requests may be made up to five business days prior to the start of an art camp or class. Refund requests received after the start of a program will be honored only for certified medical reasons or if you have moved away from the area. Refunds and credits cannot be issued for classes missed for any reason.
ART parties OR facepainting:
Parties and Face Painting Terms and Conditions
Facepainting children under the age of one is not recommended.
Parents/hosts are responsible for keeping children and guests safe and clean before being painted.
Sick kids will not be painted.
Crying or unwilling kids (or adults) will not be painted.
The artist(s) need to be placed in a cool, covered space with a stable table and 2 chairs per artist. If a table and chairs need to be provided by the artist, please let us know.
It is the parent/ hosts responsibility to inform the artist of any allergies or allergic reaction the person being painted has had to paint. We use professional, hypo-allergenic face paints but reactions have occurred.
Any balance is due promptly on the day of the service payable by cash, check or credit card.
Art Parties: Please ensure enough work space and a chair for each participant and that workspaces are covered with disposable table cloths to prevent damage.
Anything-Art, Llc will use the utmost care but assumes no responsibility for personal injury or loss of, or damage to, personal property for anyone attending or participating in an event or activity.
Refund requests for the booking fee may be made up to five business days prior to the start of a party.
If the cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to a booked event, no refunds will be made but we can schedule another party for another date within 12 months.
Because we most likely had to turn down other events to accommodate yours, a $25 fee may be deducted from the booking fee.
In the event of inclement weather on the day of the party, and the party needs to be cancelled, the booking fee paid will be applied to a future event and no refunds will be made.
Anything-Art, Llc reserves the right to cancel a party in the event of dangerous weather if the party was to be held outside.
Sales and Discounts:
From time to time we may offer discounted rates to ensure a class or camp can continue. If you discover a program went on sale after you have paid for yours, we apologize, but no credit can be issued. We may offer a voucher for a future program at our discretion.
Murals and Window Painting
Anything-Art, LLC is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of painting a mural or window. Client is responsible for ensuring area is clean and safe to work, walls and windows are clean and prepared for painting. Anything-Art does not clean windows or walls unless agreed to before the project starts. Unless agreed to beforehand, Anything-Art does not remove window art. We can provide the name of a window cleaner or you can use your own at an additional cost.
